What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, iDeal, Shop Pay, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Is it safe to order from your online store?
Definitely. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.  

Do you ship globally?
Yes, Bangs Vintage ships globally!

How long does it take until I receive my order? And what does it cost?  
For the Netherlands from €4.00 and up (depending on the product size / weight of the total order).
Packages are posted within 2 days unless stated otherwise. Once your order has been shipped from Bangs Vintage, you will receive a tracking code that allows you to follow your parcel until arrival. Orders from the Netherlands will be delivered within 2 working days unless stated otherwise.


For countries within the EU from €7.50 and up (depending on the product size / weight of the total order).
Packages are posted within 2 days unless stated otherwise. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code that allows you to follow your parcel until arrival. Expected shipment time within Europe is between 2 - 5 working days, depending on country & postal code. Shipping does not include possible import duties and/or VAT charges incurred upon importing the online order to your country.


For international shipping outside the EU from €11.00 and up (depending on the product size / weight of the total order).
Packages are posted within 2 days unless stated otherwise. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code that allows you to follow your parcel until arrival. Expected shipment time outside of Europe is between 8 - 16 working days due to the COVID-19 pandemic and depending on country & postal code. Shipping costs do not include possible import duties and/or VAT charges incurred upon importing the online order to your country. Such fees and charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country.  

Important note: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the shipping can take much longer than expected when shipped outside of Europe. 

What happens if I miss the delivery?
The courier will deliver the package at the nearest local parcel pick-up point. Depending on the country, the package will be held for you to pick up for 7 to 21 days. You can check this with your local courier company.

To avoid this, please make sure to keep a regular eye on the Track & Trace code that's provided by Bangs Vintage. If the package is not picked up within the given timeframe, the package will return to the Bangs Vintage Headquarters in Amsterdam. If you are still interested in receiving the package, Bangs Vintage will charge you the extra shipping costs in order to send it again. 

Will I get a tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package. In most cases delivery will require a signature to confirm that the package has been received.  

Can I return my order?
We accept returns within 14 days from the delivery date. The item should be in the same condition as it was delivered: unworn and undamaged, with all tags and cards still attached and with all of the original packaging and under the following conditions:  

1. The returned item must be in the same condition in which it was delivered to you: unworn and undamaged, with all tags and cards still attached. And please kindly note that the return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. The responsibility for the returned goods remains yours until it has reached us. Items lost or damaged in transit will not be refunded. Therefore we strongly advise you to insure your return shipment and use a reliable courier.
2. To return an item, please send an email to info@bangsvintage.com right away, and at least within 14 days after receiving your order. To request the dissolution of the sales agreement. Specify your order number in the subject line and clearly state the reason of return in your message.  
3. If your intended return complies with our return conditions, we will send you an email with the green light for your return shipment. Please kindly note that it is not allowed to return your order prior to receiving our permission, since we cannot refund orders that do not comply with our return conditions.  
4. When given the green light you will receive all the information needed to return your item, such as your return number and the return address. Bangs Vintage will not send you a pre-paid shipping label for the return. So the costs of the return shipment will be paid by you. You will need to ship the items within five days after receiving the return approval. We ask you to send us a notification with the track- and trace number when the return package has been dispatched. 

Note: Bangs Vintage will not be held responsible for packages that are detained at customs. Incomplete or damaged returns will be refused and returned to the shipper.
